1… If you live in the areas I service, I can visit your site for an initial discussion on what could be possible.

The areas I service are…

• All of Brisbane
• All of the Gold Coast
• North to the Sunshine Coast
• South to Byron Bay and Ballina
• West to Toowoomba and Warwick

2… During my visit which lasts somewhere between One to Two hours, I will describe in detail what your yard could become like, and give you all my thoughts on what could be possible from my 45 plus years of experience in the industry and over 80 design awards being won from my ideas.

I guarantee the ideas you already have will be expanded on that visit.

3… If you love what the possibilities for your yard could become, and we both feel it is the right thing to do, and we can see the need for more detail … We can measure and survey the area and find out about any underground services that we need to know about.

4… I then give you a realistic concept drawing of what the end product will look like

5… Once you approve the end product, I then create a fully comprehensive, far more detailed set of scaled preliminary concept drawings along with detailed perspectives that engineers and contractors can work with …

The process we go through before you get quotes can possibly save you tens of thousands of dollars in unnecessary silly mistakes, and more often than not, add tens of thousands of dollars extra value to your home.
