If we are right for each other, our process of due diligence can begin …
- We start with a 1 – 2 hour site visit and a detailed discussion to establish your needs and wants as well as get to know each other.

Then if what we have discussed excites you, we then organise a site measure and survey, and usually ground penetration radar to locate the services that are underground that we need to know the whereabouts of.

Then we do a basic computer designed layout complete with 3D renderings so you can visualize the overall concept.

Once you agree to the overall concept we then do detailed concept drawings with all the necessary measurements to get an accurate quote to complete the project to the standards we have stipulated.
Then, with my help and guidance, all we have to do is get some quotes together, choose a builder, and make it a reality.
The beauty of doing things this way, is you own the design and everybody that quotes on the project will be on the same even playing field, and that will make your choices so much simpler and easier and at the lowest investment cost.

Stages 1 & 2
This is a home that benefited from a site visit to discuss what might be possible…
I saw possibilities as soon as as I got on site and asked a few well selected questions…
The owners originally requested to update their original pool which had become a haven for ducks. (in the background)
After discussing the different possibilities and budget range, I suggested we demolish the old pool area and create a new area closer to the house with an automated cover to protect it from future duck invasions.
They loved the original ideas I gave them, and decided to explore those ideas further by getting a concept drawing of those ideas to see if what we talked about was possible and to see how it would eventually look like…
The resulting concept plan was approved and we then got to work putting a full set of concept plans together so as to get accurate quotes…
Stage 3
This is an example of the Initial computer concept we produced based on our initial discussions to visualize the end result… The design included a new entrance gazebo and path so that their visitors were guided to the front door.
Stage 4
…we then put together a detailed set of concept drawings with all the necessary measurements to get accurate quotes to complete the project to the standards we stipulated.
